1. Information we collect

When you submit the form, we may collect:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Mobile number, if provided
• Your response regarding interest in the 21 Days Unlimited for $99 offer
• The email address associated with your STRONG Pilates account, if provided
• Giveaway entry and complimentary-class redemption information
• Marketing-consent status and the date and time consent was provided

We may also collect basic technical information, including your browser type, device type, IP address, referring page, campaign source and interactions with links on the page.

We do not collect your graduation year through this form.

2. How we use your information

We may use your information to:

• Administer the U of T Medicine giveaway
• Confirm your entry and contact the selected entrant
• Provide your complimentary-class discount code and redemption instructions
• Help you access the U of T Medicine offer
• Follow up regarding the 21 Days Unlimited for $99 offer if you request information or a reminder
• Respond to questions or support requests
• Prevent duplicate or ineligible entries
• Measure the effectiveness of the campaign
• Maintain records required for legal, security and administrative purposes
• Send marketing messages if you have separately consented to receive them

Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to ongoing promotional emails or text messages. Marketing consent is optional and is collected separately.

3. Giveaway and complimentary-class communications

If you enter the giveaway, STRONG Pilates Yorkville may contact you with information necessary to:

• Confirm your entry
• Deliver your complimentary-class code
• Explain how to redeem your class
• Notify you if you are selected as the potential winner
• Administer or complete the giveaway

These administrative communications are separate from optional marketing communications.

4. Marketing consent

If you choose to receive studio news, class updates, events or exclusive offers, we may contact you by email or text according to the consent you provide.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in each message. You may stop marketing text messages by replying STOP.

Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect your giveaway entry, complimentary class or eligibility for the prize.

5. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us:

• Host and operate the landing page
• Store form responses
• Send confirmation and administrative emails
• Manage studio accounts and class bookings
• Provide analytics and campaign reporting
• Maintain the security and functionality of our systems

Form responses may be stored in Google Sheets and processed using Google services. Information may also be processed by our website, email, analytics, booking and studio-management providers.

These providers may only use the information as needed to provide services to STRONG Pilates Yorkville, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law or if reasonably necessary to protect our rights, systems, clients or the public.

6. Storage outside Canada

Some service providers may store or process information outside Canada. When information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Giveaway and redemption records may be retained for up to 12 months following the completion of the campaign for administration, recordkeeping, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Information that is no longer required will be deleted, securely destroyed or anonymized.

If you consent to marketing, the information required to manage that consent may be retained until you unsubscribe or the information is no longer needed. We may retain limited suppression records to ensure we honour unsubscribe requests.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no online system or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

9. Accessing or correcting your information

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and administrative requirements.

You may also withdraw your marketing consent at any time.

10. Third-party links

The page may link to the STRONG Pilates app, Instagram, mapping services or other third-party services. Those services have their own privacy practices and policies.

11. Children

This campaign is intended for incoming U of T Medicine students who have reached the age of majority in Ontario. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 through this campaign.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of the policy will indicate when it was last updated.
