Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

The STRONG Pilates Yorkville U of T Medicine Giveaway is sponsored by [INSERT LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], operating as STRONG Pilates Yorkville, located at 263 Davenport Road, Unit 200, Toronto, Ontario.

The University of Toronto, U of T Medicine, Instagram, Meta and STRONG Pilates global entities are not sponsors or administrators of this giveaway and are not responsible for its operation, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Giveaway period

The giveaway begins on [OPENING DATE] at [TIME] Eastern Time and ends on September 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

Entries received outside the giveaway period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to incoming University of Toronto Medicine students who:

• Are legal residents of Canada
• Have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence
• Are part of the applicable incoming U of T Medicine cohort
• Submit a complete and valid entry during the giveaway period

Employees, instructors, contractors and immediate family or household members of STRONG Pilates Yorkville are not eligible to enter.

The Sponsor may request reasonable proof of eligibility, including confirmation of incoming U of T Medicine student status.

4. How to enter

During the giveaway period:

1. Visit the U of T Medicine campaign landing page by scanning the QR code or following the campaign link.
2. Submit your first name, last name and valid email address.
3. Agree to these Official Giveaway Rules.

A mobile number may be provided but is not required.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

No purchase, payment, class booking, Instagram follow or marketing subscription is required to enter.

5. Complimentary class

Eligible students who submit the campaign form will receive instructions and a discount code for one complimentary class at STRONG Pilates Yorkville.

The complimentary class:

• Is separate from the giveaway prize
• Is available to eligible new STRONG Pilates Yorkville clients
• Must be redeemed through the designated U of T Medicine class product in the STRONG Pilates app
• Requires the student to create an account and apply the provided code
• Must be redeemed by [COMPLIMENTARY-CLASS EXPIRY DATE]
• Has no cash value
• Is non-transferable
• Is subject to class availability and STRONG Pilates Yorkville’s standard booking, cancellation, safety and studio policies

Receiving or redeeming the complimentary class does not affect the entrant’s chances of winning.

6. Prize

There is one prize available, consisting of:

• One month of unlimited classes at STRONG Pilates Yorkville
• A STRONG merchandise package consisting of [LIST MERCHANDISE]

The total approximate retail value of the prize is $[INSERT VALUE] CAD.

The one-month unlimited membership begins on a date agreed upon by the winner and STRONG Pilates Yorkville and is subject to the terms confirmed at the time of award.

The prize:

• Is non-transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be combined with another offer
• Must be used at STRONG Pilates Yorkville
• Is subject to studio capacity, booking availability and standard studio policies

The Sponsor may substitute a prize component with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised component becomes unavailable.

7. Winner selection

On or about September 21, 2026, one potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner notification and skill-testing question

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or mobile number provided with the entry.

To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

• Respond within five calendar days of the first notification
• Confirm eligibility
• Correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question
• Complete any reasonable declaration and release documentation requested by the Sponsor

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, does not meet the eligibility requirements, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question or otherwise fails to comply with these rules, the entrant will be disqualified and another potential winner may be selected.

9. Marketing consent

Consent to receive marketing communications is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Choosing not to receive marketing messages will not affect an entrant’s odds of winning or access to the complimentary class.

Entrants who separately consent to receive marketing messages may withdraw that consent at any time.

10. Personal information

Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway, provide the complimentary-class code, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant and fulfill the prize.

Information will be handled according to the STRONG Pilates Yorkville U of T Medicine Campaign Privacy Policy.

11. Publicity

The winner’s first name and last initial may only be announced with the winner’s consent.

The winner is not required to consent to promotional photography, testimonials or publicity as a condition of receiving the prize, except where legally permitted and separately agreed.

12. General conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted in excess of the entry limit or otherwise inconsistent with these rules.

The Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another circumstance beyond its reasonable control affects the integrity or proper administration of the giveaway.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the campaign page, interfere with the entry process or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may violate applicable law.

The Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility and administration are final, subject to applicable law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries
• Technical, internet, device, platform or email failures
• Incorrect or inaccurate entry information
• Messages directed to spam or junk folders
• Circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control

Nothing in these rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

14. Governing law

The giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
